    According to Laws 2327/95 (art. 16, par.1) and 2916/01 (art. 5, par.12γ), graduates of Technological Education Institutions are eligible to attend postgraduate studies in Higher Education Institutions in Greece or abroad, provided they fulfill specific requirements.

    Furthermore, according to Law 4009/2011, there is no discrimination between graduates of Technological Education Institutions and graduates of Universities, regarding their participation in postgraduate studies.
